Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (for example, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-day cooling-off period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
